I’ll open by saying I’ve had mixed experiences with M&K before but today’s service was exceptional!! I called when furnace stopped working and was told a tech would be here within the next 4 hours. They were here within a half hour and had the issues fixed within 60 mins including a trip back tot he shop for parts. Both Yaser and his partner were friendly, efficient and professional. Thanks M&K

Furnace wasn't working, and someone came to diagnose. Found out the controller was faulty.
Technician didnt even try locating a new controller other than what was in his truck. I "needed a new furnace" , no other option.... They gave what seemed to be a scare tactic speech about being able to lock out my furnace because it 'wasn't in working condition'. Rusted heat exchange, and possible CO2 leakage, etc.. Ok, fine....
I get a second opinion. Everything is in working order, other than the faulty controller.... Bought and installed a new controller, and its fixed.
No need to drop thousands of dollars on a new furnace.
It just seemed like a money hungry salesmen, not a technician. I wonder what kind of commission they are offered.....

I was out with my infant daughter when I saw an MK van pull into the pregnant woman and young family spots, taking up 2 of the 3 spots. A single man got out to do some shopping. Why is this single man taking up 2/3 spots for people and families who strongly benefit from being able to use those spots and get their babies inside quickly? Anyways, just thought it was uncool ✌️

I just had a new furnace installed by Dan from M&K. The installation was professional, courteous, within the estimated time and Dan cleaned up when the job was done. I would welcome him back as a tech. Dealing with Kyle for sales was a pleasant experience. Also a nod to tech Yasen for the previous inspection. The furnace itself is working great and I can already notice a positive difference in my home comfort compared to the old one. This new furnace feels like a good investment in my home.

The installers of our new furnace and AC were very thorough, no mess left behind! The price was great! We didn't have AC until now. Totally impressed with the pricing , and the whole team! Totally recommend them!

From our first visit with Shane to our experience today with the installation technicians, we say thank you for the professionalism with everyone at M&K. Our technicians John and Issac were knowledgeable and just great guys. Fantastic service today. We chose M&K because friends recommended them and we are very pleased. Great job guys! Highly recommend this company and this team was awesome.

Dan and Enes just completed an installation of a new air conditioner for us. They arrived on time, were very polite and were very tidy with their workmanship. They provided excellent options and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Shane was our sales representative and his follow up and attention to detail is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this company.
*** As an update to this review- I was offered and took advantage of an option for a no cost, 90 day payment option. I provided a post dated cheque for it. Upon checking my account the next business day I found that they had put the cheque through, causing an overdraft. I have called the office but they only have a call centre and so far after several hours, no response. Be very cautious, the workmanship appears fine but a company that makes negligent errors causing financial hardship and then doesn’t immediately correct them or at least communicate, raises a serious concern.

We have used M and K for a few years and we are very happy with the service. The staff who make the appointments are friendly and always call before the technician arrives. Yasar recently serviced our A/C and he was professional and friendly. Recommended

Customer service amazing..very responsive and informative..Kyle was very professional .. would definitely recommend this company. install team fantastic! Yaser came a week ago to do the air conditioning maintenance. He was punctual, polite and very thorough with his work.
Presentable and clean appearance for entering my home. I felt comfortable and appreciated him removing his street shoes.
